Break out those mittens, pull on that cozy sweater, and get ready to embark on a whimsical winter sleigh ride with Rocky Mountain Stables. Glide past snow-frosted pines and scenic mountain vistas, all ending at a crackling bonfire complete with hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows.
Head to the Tubing Hill
Feel the rush of the wind on your face as you zoom down the mountain on the tubing hill at Snow Mountain Ranch. In addition, in the nearby town of Fraser, additional tubing can be found at Colorado Adventure Park and the Fraser Tubing Hill.
See the Model Train
Experience Colorado's Largest Permanent Christmas Model Train Display at the Moffat Road Railroad Museum which includes six trains, two ski lifts, and a Christmas village.
Enjoy the Outdoors through Cross Country Skiing
The Snow Mountain Ranch Nordic Center offers some of the best nordic skiing in the country with 120K of world-class terrain meandering through pine forest, wide meadows and along Pole Creek.
