Sailboats at Marina

Marinas

For an unforgettable experience, explore Lake Granby by boat. Both motorized and non-motorized boating is allowed on the lake. Whether you want to have a relaxing fishing day or an exhilarating boating day, you’ll find what you need at the local marinas.

INDIAN PEAKS MARINA

With boat rentals, accessories, a gas dock, trailer storage, a service department for repairs and maintenance, a restaurant, and a bar, Indian Peaks Marina is a one-stop-shop. This family owned and operated marina on Lake Granby makes it easy for boaters to dive in.

Rent a pontoon boat for the family, or bring a group of friends, and spend the day fishing, swimming, and taking in the mountainous views under endless sunshine. Groups up to twelve people are welcome to make reservations for hourly or daily rentals. And, don’t forget your furry companion – Indian Peaks Marina is pet friendly!

HIGHLAND MARINA

Experience Lake Granby by renting a pontoon boat from Highland Marina. Float around, jump in the lake, or even fish for two, four, or eight hours. Bring a small group, or up to ten people. With a deposit, even your dog is welcomed!

During October 2020, Highland Marina suffered loss as a result of the East Troublesome Fire. Boat rentals, dock, and buoy operations are now available but please note that the RV, tent sites, and storage spaces are currently closed until further notice.

BEACON LANDING MARINA

Located on the northern shores of Lake Granby, Beacon Landing Marina offers both pontoon boat and canoe rentals.

Pontoon boats range in capacity from one to ten people, available as two, four, six, or eight hour rentals. Boats are fully equipped and most feature fuel efficient Honda four stroke outboard motors. Available by reservation, pet-friendly boats are offered. Just keep in mind that your dog counts as part of the total passenger count.

17-foot long canoes are available for rent, too. Two adults or two adults and one child are allowed to share a canoe. Pets are not permitted.

If you’re bringing your boat, access and inspection sites can be found at both Stillwater Campground and Sunset Point. If you’re looking to store your own boat, get in touch with one of the local marinas.
