Lark Coffee and Roastery may be one of the most unique coffee shops out there. Their drive-thru/walk-up location is perfect when you need to grab something on the go. With specialty flavors like vanilla, mocha, brown sugar and bourbon, Irish cream and cafe de olla (traditional Mexican coffee). Other drinks like matcha, chai, steamed mocha and vanilla plus teas are available as well. Lark does offer breakfast burritos, fruit and veggie smoothies and yummy treats like homemade lemon bread you’re sure to experience something new.
Not only that, but they’re focus on sustainability is commendable: they are a paper cup free cafe. Bring your own cup with you, or if you don’t have one, they’ll provide you with a glass jar that you can reuse at their shop for a .25 cent discount.
