Mountain Life Fitness offers hatha yoga classes several times per week. The 60-minute class is dedicated to a constant flow of yoga postures and poses designed to strengthen and lengthen the body. Best of all, all fitness levels are welcome.
If you are staying at any of the ranches and resorts in the area, make sure to check out their yoga offerings. In the summer, C Lazy U Ranch offers a yoga hike where guests hike to an overlook to take part in an all-level hatha/vinyasa yoga class. They also offer Lazy You Yoga, where yoga beginners can stretch, relieve stress, and meditate.
At Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa, yoga classes are offered year-round. Here you can kick off your boots and get your zen on for high altitude yoga with experienced instructors. Select classes also offer an option meditation session following the yoga class.
