After building a beloved following at her original Winter Park location, owner and Granby resident Julie Hay has officially expanded, bringing her signature freshly baked goods and warm European bakery style right to the heart of Granby.

Taking over the former location of Midtown Cafe, Rollin’ Street Bakery keeps the warm, welcoming, and relaxed community atmosphere that locals have loved for years. You’ll still find a homey, comfortable spot filled with books to flip through and board games to play while you savor your morning cup or stop in for lunch. It’s the perfect gathering place to slow down or catch up with friends.

While the comfy coffeehouse vibe remains, the menu brings something unique to Granby: Chimneys (traditionally known in Czech culture as trdelník). Made fresh daily, these hand-spun, hollow cylinder pastries offer a perfectly crisp exterior and a tender, soft middle—making them perfect for both sweet and savory fillings, including:
